- Any hazardous material such as Asbestos, Lead Acid, PCB’s, oils, etc.
- Barrels that are not clean and no end removed (no sealed containers)
- Trash or non-metal material
- Refrigeration compressors not free of CFC’s and oil or attached to unit.
